Conferences and workshops

For any event consisting of two or more talks, use the conference or workshop proposal form.

Research visits, lecture series and workshop participation

For a research visit, whether alone or in pairs or groups, for a lecture series, or to take part in a workshop, use the visiting programme application form.

Before you apply

Please apply at least five weeks before the planned dates. A visit of up to a week during term normally includes a seminar talk; a longer visit, a series of lectures.

After your application

The management committee considers each proposal and replies by email. Successful organisers are asked for the details of each talk — title, speaker, affiliation, abstract — so that it can be listed here and announced.

Başvurmadan önce

Lütfen planlanan tarihlerden en az beş hafta önce başvurun. Dönem içinde bir haftaya kadar süren ziyaretler genellikle bir seminer konuşması, daha uzun ziyaretler ise bir ders dizisi içerir.

Başvurudan sonra

İşletme komitesi her öneriyi değerlendirir ve e-posta ile yanıt verir. Kabul edilen etkinliklerin düzenleyicilerinden her konuşmanın başlığı, konuşmacısı, kurumu ve özeti istenir; böylece burada duyurulabilir.
